Breakfast
is served in the attractive and interesting dining-room and care
is taken to provide quality produce and to cater for all tastes
– within reason! Most people – men in particular –
seem to like the full English breakfast of bacon, egg, sausage
and tomatoes followed by toast and marmalade (or Suffolk honey)
while the ladies sometimes prefer fruit and yoghurt or perhaps
mushrooms and tomatoes. For an evening meal there are pubs nearby
– but not within easy walking distance – serving excellent
food.
House keys are made available to guests during
their stay so that they can come and go as they please. There
is ample parking.
Well
behaved dogs with clean paws (there are light carpets) are welcome
but this is a non-smoking house so smokers have to go outside
